1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "rk66", "we", "us", "our" refers to the rk66 platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://rk66.cam.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses the rk66 platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the rk66 platform.
• "Platform" means the rk66 website, all associated web pages, games, betting markets, and services accessible at rk66.cam.
• "Services" means all products and features offered by rk66, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino, slot games, Color Game, and Monster Crash.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency used for all transactions on the rk66 platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's account under a specific rk66 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on rk66, accessing the Platform, or using any of the Services, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by them. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and rk66.

Your acceptance also extends to rk66's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Where any specific game or promotion carries additional terms, those additional terms supplement — and in the event of conflict shall prevail over — these general Terms.

3. Eligibility

To register and use the rk66 platform you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. rk66 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and may request government-issued identity documentation to verify your age at any time.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will, and are not doing so under any external coercion or duress.
• You are the rightful owner of any payment method you use to deposit funds into your rk66 account.
• You are not an employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of rk66, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from rk66 or had an account closed by rk66 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not on any governmental sanctions list or prohibited persons register that would make transacting with you unlawful.

rk66 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. Where verification is requested, Players must provide the requested documentation within the timeframe specified. Failure to comply may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

4. Account Registration

Each individual may hold one active rk66 account only. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your account you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. You must update this information promptly if it changes. rk66 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. rk66 will treat any action taken using your account credentials as having been authorised by you, unless you have previously notified us in writing of a suspected breach of your account security.

• Notify rk66 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not allow any other person to use your account or place bets on your behalf.
• Use a strong, unique password and do not reuse passwords from other services.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available for enhanced account security.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the rk66 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). rk66 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Allied Bank, and USDT TRC20.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to each payment method and are displayed within your rk66 account dashboard at the time of transaction.
• rk66 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which rk66 accepts no responsibility.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) before processing. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid CNIC or other government-issued identification document.
• rk66 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals via USDT TRC20 are subject to applicable on-chain network fees, which will be communicated to you before confirmation of the transaction.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

rk66 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates.

• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Where a bonus is linked to a deposit, the deposit and bonus amounts will typically both be subject to the Wagering Requirement unless otherwise stated.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address.
• rk66 reserves the right to amend the terms of any active promotion, suspend a promotion, or withdraw a promotion entirely, provided reasonable notice is given where circumstances allow.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting a loophole — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement completion process.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on rk66 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each market or game type. The following general rules apply across all rk66 betting and gaming products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. rk66 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by specific market rules.
• rk66 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect event details, or a technical malfunction.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the decision of rk66's trading team is final subject to the formal dispute resolution process set out in Section 15.
• Live betting odds are updated in real time and the accepted odds at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet, regardless of subsequent market movements.
• For cricket betting — including PSL, Pakistan international matches, Asia Cup, and World Cup markets — specific cricket betting rules are published in the cricket section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• rk66 casino games, including live dealer tables and slot games, use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer studios operated under internationally recognised standards.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rk66 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access games, or otherwise interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider trading in relation to any sporting event on which rk66 offers markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such bug must be reported to rk66 support immediately; exploitation for financial gain will result in account closure and recovery of any funds obtained.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with the proceeds of criminal conduct.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other time.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their authorisation.
• Systematic bonus abuse, including multi-accounting, staking patterns designed purely to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

rk66 reserves the right to immediately suspend any account it reasonably believes to be engaged in prohibited activities, to withhold associated funds pending investigation, and to report the matter to the relevant authorities where legally required.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the rk66 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio-visual content, and interface design — is the intellectual property of rk66 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any rk66 content without express written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use rk66 branding, trademarks, or trade names in any manner that could mislead or confuse consumers as to the source of goods or services.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

rk66 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

rk66 collects personal information including your name, date of birth, contact details, and transaction history for the purposes of account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement. We do not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

All personal data transmitted between your device and the rk66 Platform is encrypted using SSL/TLS technology. rk66 maintains appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rk66 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused and on any theory of liability.
• Any loss or corruption of data arising from platform use, including betting history, account balances, or game results, except where such loss is directly attributable to rk66's gross negligence.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any of its Services due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond rk66's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, or cyber attacks.

Nothing in these Terms limits rk66's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. rk66's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall in any event not exceed the total value of funds held in that Player's rk66 account at the time the claim arises.

12. Account Suspension and Closure

rk66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• A Player's request for self-exclusion under the rk66 Responsible Gaming policy.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant; rk66 will notify you by email before applying any dormant account policy.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, rk66 will endeavour to complete the review within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate its findings to the Player upon conclusion. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the Player net of any amounts owed to rk66, subject to the outcome of any investigation.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account should contact the rk66 support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within a reasonable period and any remaining real-money balance will be returned via your registered payment method.

13. Responsible Gaming

rk66 is fully committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all Pakistani players. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our responsibility to provide tools and support seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all rk66 Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen pop-ups during gaming sessions reminding you of the time elapsed and your net position during the session.

14. Amendments to These Terms

rk66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, rk66 will notify registered Players by publishing a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered on your account.

Your continued use of the rk66 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

The date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last updated. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming standards and the laws applicable to rk66's operating jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to first contact the rk66 customer support team via live chat to seek an informal resolution. rk66 commits to responding to formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe and to handling all disputes fairly and transparently.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated through rk66's formal complaints procedure, details of which are available via the support team. rk66's decision on any dispute related to bet settlement, account status, or bonus eligibility is final after completion of the formal review process.
